Burrata – The queen of italian fresh cheeses, is made by taking fresh mozzarella and wrapping it into a pouch, then filling it with an extra soft mozzarella and cream. Spun by Ottima Cheese artisans, this limited edition Truffle Honey Burrata is produced using only high quality, locally sourced fresh milk from the same morning's milking (maximum 12 hours between the milking and the production).

The fresh burrata is deliciously mixing with the other pizza ingredients like prosciutto or rocket salad. It´s also fun to tear up the ball of burrata on top and spread the content of the burrata (stracciatella) all over the pizza and distribute it all over slices. It makes the most fantastic pizza pie.

Preservation and Usage: Preserve at 4-6 C degree. Use within 9 days from the day of production.
