Sour and creamy but just enough to be that twist of magic. Greek Yogurt is one of the good choices for people who are on a healthy diet.
Panna Cotta:
2 to 1 Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta Recipe:
1 Tbsp Powdered Gelatin
3 Tbsp Water
2 cups (470g) Heavy Cream
1 cup (235g) sữa chua Hy Lạp
1/2 cup (100g) Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Vanilla Bean or 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Topping Ideas:
Creamed or Orange Blossom Honey
Fresh Berries
Salted Caramel
Step 1 | Place gelatin in a small bowl and sprinkle water over gelatin. Stir and set aside. |
Step 2 | Heat 1 cup of heavy cream, sugar, and honey over medium heat until it begins to simmer and sugar is dissolved. Do not let it come to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin mixture. Whisk until gelatin dissolves. |
Step 3 | Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt and the remaining 1 cup of heavy cream. |
Step 4 | Stir yogurt mixture and heated cream sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla beans or vanilla extract and stir. |
Step 5 | Pour into jars, glasses, ramekins, or dishes. Place in the refrigerator, covered, for 4-5 hours, or until set. |
Step 6 | You may serve panna cotta in glasses or may invert it onto a plate. To invert on a plate, run a sharp knife along the edges to release. If the panna cotta isn't coming out, carefully place the ramekin in hot water and it will slide right out. Top with honey, fresh fruits, nuts, caramel, homemade jam, or whatever you desire.
