Beef Steak with Fresh Peaches and Burrata

Burrata is a fresh cheese coming from Italy. It is made of fresh mozzarella and cream.
Ingredients
125g burrata
500g beef
800g kale
4 fresh peaches, thinly sliced
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
2 Burrata 125g
1 bunch of Thai sweet basil
1/2 bunch of basil
2 lemons, squeeze juice
Olive oil, garlic, honey, salt and pepper
Several sprigs of rosemary, chopped
Red wine
Directions
Step 1 Marinate beef with olive oil, red wine, garlic, chopped rosemary and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2 Grill beef for 6 - 7 minutes at 190°C.
Step 3 Put basil, thyme, green onions, 1 clove of garlic, 1/3 cup of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper into the blender and puree into a sauce
Step 4 Put the kale and sliced peaches on a plate, put the slices of beef steak and Burrata on top, sprinkle sauce and enjoy.
