Squid Ink Pasta with Burrata and Shrimps

Burrata is a fresh cheese coming from Italy. It is made of fresh mozzarella and cream.
Ingredients
120g sqid ink pasta
12 large shrimps, discarded heads, peeled
1 box Burrata cheese 125g
1/2 cup of peas
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
1/4 tsp chili powder
Salt, pepper
Directions
Step 1 Boiled Sqid ink pasta, drained. Keep 1 little boiled water.
Step 2 Heat olive oil in a large pan, add garlic and chili powder to stir fry. Put shrimp to fry evenly on both sides.
Step 3 Add pasta and peas and stir fry. Season with spices. Add boiled water if the pasta are dry.
Step 4 Lay it on a plate, put the Burrata on top, sprinkle with olive oil. Then mix it well and enjoy.
