Ricotta is white, soft and has a slightly sweet flavor that comes from the fresh milk. Ricotta is favorably used in Italian desserts.
Ingredients
350g flour
1.5 tbsp of baking powder
3 eggs
1/4 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of oil
2 zucchini, minced
500g Ricotta
200g whipping cream
2 - 4 tbsp sugar
Directions
Step 1 Marinate minced zucchini with a pinch of salt for 30 minutes. Drain well, mix with 2 eggs and 1 egg white, ricotta, whipping cream, sugar.
Step 2 Mix flour, baking powder, yogurt, salt and oil in a large bowl and mix well. Knead the dough and wrap it, let it cool for 30 minutes.
Step 3 Spread the oil on the cake mold. Roll the dough into thin layers, spreading evenly over the mold. Pour the zucchini mixture in, on the face is the remaining egg yolk layer. Bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 175°C.
Step 4 Put it on a plate and enjoy.
