Ingredients
4 - 6 fresh peaches
300g Bocconcini
2 handfuls of fresh mint leaves
8 - 16 small wooden skewers
Directions
Step 1 Cut peaches into 4 pieces or into cubes.
Step 2 Skewer 1 piece of peach, 1 mint leaf and 1 boconccini ball. Continue to skewer 1 to 2 more times depending on the length of the skewer.
Step 3 You can sprinkle with salt and pepper if you like.
Step 4 Used as a appetizer.
