Mozzarella cheese is a curd cheese originating from Italy. Fresh mozzarella is moist, milky and sliceable
For 2 People

250g fresh mozzarella, cubed
1 cup of flour
1 cup of bread crumbs
1 egg, beat well
A little parsley, chopped, mixed with bread crumbs
2 tomatoes and 1 bell pepper, chopped
Garlic, tomato sauce, cooking oil, olive oil.
Step 1 | Roll mozzarella over the flour, then rolls over egg and bread crumbs 3 times until you have nice rounded shapes. |
Step 2 | Put those ball-shaped mozzarella crumbed in the freezer for 1-2 hours. |
Step 3 | Put olive oil in a small pan, stir fry garlic and bell peppers, then add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce to poached until the sauce thickens. Season with spices. |
Step 4 | Fry the cheese in oil (enough to cover 50% of the balls) with medium heat until golden brown. |
