Bocconcini are cherry-sized mozzarella cheese. They are often used in tomato and basil salads and pasta or Italian biscuits.
Ingredients
1 cantaloupe about 0.5 kg
300g Bocconcini
200g shredded ham
3 tbsp of chopped basil
1 tbsp of chopped mint leaves
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of white vinegar
1/4 tsp of salt
Directions
Step 1 Cut the cantaloupe in half, scoop out small pieces with a melon baller or you can peel and cut into small cubes.
Step 2 Cut the Bocconcini cheese in half.
Step 3 Put all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
Step 4 Store in refrigerator for 30 minutes before use.
